Your system uses the two-ring voicemail drop method via Commio's SIP infrastructure.
When a campaign runs, each call:
1. Initiates via Commio SIP trunk (wap.thinq.com)
2. Answering machine detection triggers after 1-2 rings
3. On voicemail detection → streams your pre-recorded audio
4. If human answers → hangup immediately (RVM only)
Local Presence: Caller ID automatically matches the recipient's area code.
A 310 contact gets called from your 310 number.

When calling a 310 number, the system selects an active 310 caller ID from your pool. If no exact match exists, it falls back to the least-used active number. This increases answer rates by 30-40%.
